Owners - Nick & Manda Gaerte
G Squared Development LLC, a family owned/operated business, is located in Kosciusko County, in Warsaw, Indiana. Owners, Nick and Manda Gaerte, both natives of the area, reside in Kosciusko County, where they raised their family. Nick's extensive time and experience in excavation paired with Manda's lengthy history in banking/finance make the two quite a team.
Nick Gaerte
Nick's journey in the excavation field began over 25 years ago. Whether he is working a shovel in a trench, operating equipment, staking layout, estimating projects, ordering supplies, taking customer calls and various meetings - Nick gets it done. His hard work and dedication to our customers and to our employees allow him and the company to sustain a positive reputation within our community.
Brandon Hepler
Brandon was an integral part of the company launch and continues to be a strong asset to the team. He proudly served within the Kosciusko Co. Sherriff's' Department for 17 years. He brings a willingness to learn and an extremely hard work ethic each day to the jobsite. His customer communication and service are unsurpassed. Brandon is a Warsaw native, where he resides with his family.
Josh Carson
Josh began his excavation career in landscaping. He is a quick learn that has proved to be an excellent operator, regardless of the piece of equipment. He is teachable, and eager to learn - a team player for sure. He is organized and very meticulous in his work, always shows up prepared for the task at hand. Josh is an avid outdoorsman that enjoys hunting and fishing with his dog, Kya.
Jay Montel
Jay comes to us with 20+ years of owning/operating his own dump trucks and semis. Stepping out of the profession for a while quickly proved his true passion of being behind the wheel. Jay prides himself with attention to detail - completing any task with results like he would want them for himself. He is a skilled operator of all equipment; an added benefit to the team on the job site if he isn't trucking/hauling. Jay's many talents include scheduling and completing custom trucking/hauling service for our clients, keeping the G2 trucks on the road. He is a dedicated, loyal friend and co-worker willing to go over and above to get the job done.
Daniel Munoz
Dan retired from Dalton Foundries, Warsaw IN after 35 years of dedicated service. Still not quite ready to quit, he continued on with Wal-Mart for an additional 12 years. After a short stint of actual retirement, he came back to the workforce and joined the G Squared team. Dan, the proud father of owner Manda Gaerte, was ready and willing to offer his operator skills as the company continued to grow. Dan shows up early, energized and smiling with the best "can do" attitude imaginable. He is willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done.
Anthony Foust
Anthony, son of Nick and Manda Gaerte, is currently a junior at Manchester University, North Manchester IN. He has spent the past two summers getting acclimated with what it actually takes to work hard for your own business; something very valuable in his journey towards a Business Management degree. Anthony is a very quick learn, catching on quickly to master new skills on the jobsite. He loves baseball and currently volunteers his time as an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Manchester High School, where he graduated with highest honors in 2021.
Seth Gaerte
Seth Gaerte, son of Nick and Manda Gaerte, brings with him a vast range of construction knowledge and experience he's gained for the past two years. Seth is an extremely hard worker - a real team player that's eager to learn and expand his skill set. He's an avid football fan; enjoys contributing his time and talents to the coaching staff of Manchester High School, where he graduated from in 2022. Seth loves to travel to new destinations, cruising one of his favorites.
